JH Luxury Cleaning was started in Jackson because the same complaint kept coming up in this valley: the first clean is excellent, and then the standard quietly slides. Different people show up, the list gets shorter, and nobody can point to what was actually promised.
Our answer was to stop relying on memory. Every client gets a written, room-by-room checklist at the walkthrough, and that list is what the crew works from and signs off on at the end of the visit. It is the reason our recurring clients get the same result in month nine that they got in week one.
Today we cover four things well rather than everything badly: interior cleaning for homes and offices, space organization, interior and exterior window cleaning, and auto detailing for the trucks and SUVs that actually get used out here. Homes are serviced Monday through Saturday. Offices are serviced around the clock, because a commercial space should be finished before the first person walks in.
We are a registered Wyoming LLC, locally owned, and working in a town small enough that reputation is the only real currency. If something on your list was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it. That is the whole policy.
