Yes. Offices and commercial spaces are serviced 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including overnight and weekends. Homes are cleaned Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
No. Many clients give us a code or a key and come home to a finished house. For unattended visits we send photos of the completed rooms so you can check the work before we invoice.
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and correct it at no charge. The checklist you approved is what we hold ourselves to, so there is nothing to argue about.
Yes, everything is included in the quoted price. If you prefer specific products for a stone counter, a hardwood finish, or an allergy in the house, tell us at the walkthrough and we use yours instead.
