Teton Village

Teton Village runs on a check-out and check-in clock, and a turnover here is a logistics job before it is a cleaning job. Linens go first so laundry is running, then trash and dishes, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors last so nothing tracks back over finished ground.

We photograph the finished rooms on every turn, which settles guest questions in one message and gives owners a record of the condition the property was left in. Restock levels are kept per property, so paper goods and coffee do not run out on a guest's first morning.

In winter, the entry does most of the work. Boot trays, drying space, and a place for wet layers keep melt and grit out of the rest of the unit, which is the difference between one clean visit and a mid-stay complaint.
